CANINE CLASSIC 5K RUN & WALK BY GENERATION MORGANTOWN
4th Annual Generation Morgantown Canine Classic
This 5K run/walk is unique to Morgantown because race participants can compete with their canine companions. The Canine Classic 5K is a charity event that raises awareness and support for local organizations who work to increase canine welfare and services around the area. Proceeds from this race will be donated to the Mon River Trails Conservancy (MRTC) and Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia. The MRTC develops and manages the Mon River and Deckers Creek Rail-Trails. Animal Friends is a non-profit shelter that provides refuge, aid and care for unwanted, abandoned and abused animals and attempts to move pets into welcoming adoption and foster families.
WHEN AND WHERE
Saturday, July 23 at 8:30 a.m. at Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park in Morgantown, WV . Participants with or without dogs are welcome!!!
7:30 a.m. - Registration/Packet Pick-up
8:15 a.m. - Registration Ends
8:30 a.m. - 5k Run/Walk Begins
10:00 a.m. - Award Ceremony

All applications must be dated. T-Shirts will be guaranteed for the first 100 registrants. Registration postmarked before July 15th:
